The inside is polished and the outside is thoroughly cleaned. Maintenance on a river stone basin is fairly easy to carry out. The inside can be cleaned with a cleaning cloth with soap and water. Please note that you do not use acid cleaners such as chlorine or cleaning vinegar. This will affect the stone in the long run. You can keep the outside clean with a hard brush (for example, a nail brush).

Impregnating:

To keep your washbasin good, it is necessary to impregnate it several times (3 to 4 times) a year. This prevents water and dirt from entering your washbasin. It is also recommended to impregnate the washbasin before use. This will not take much time but will ensure that your washbasin will last for a long time. You can use any suitable impregnating agent for natural stone.

1. Make sure the wash bowl is completely dry before you start.
2. Rub the impregnating agent on the wash basin with a soft cloth and let it dry.
3. Then wipe off the excess impregnating agent with a soft cloth until the wash bowl starts to shine again.
